Qualifications:
A. Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent in the point scale where a grading system is followed) from a recognized University.
B. A Ph.D. Degree.
C. Professor/Associate Professor with a total service experience of at least 15 years in teaching/research/administration in Universities, Colleges, and other higher education institutions.
D. A minimum score as stipulated in the Academic Performance Indicator (API) based on the UGC regulations in Appendix – I for direct recruitment of Principals in Colleges.
E. A minimum of 10 research publications in peer-reviewed or UGC listed journals.
F. A minimum research score of 110 as per Appendix – II, Table – 2, according to UGC regulations 2018. G. Relaxation of 5% may be provided at the Master’s Degree level for SC/ST/Differently abled (Physically and Visually differently abled) candidates. The eligibility marks of 55% and the relaxation of 5% are applicable only based on the qualifying marks without including any grace marks.
Age Limit: The upper age limit for applicants is 55 years.
How to apply: Interested candidates should submit their applications in the format provided by the Department of Higher Education (DHE). The application should include a bio-data, all self-attested testimonials, and a demand draft of Rs. 5000/- (Five Thousand) drawn in favor of Principal, Women’s College, Tinsukia, payable at Tinsukia.
