*Function of Communication

The functions of communication are:-

1. Sending information:-

The most important function of communication is to send information, rule, thoughts, news etc.

2. Reducing misunderstanding:-

It is another important primary function of communication. Communication reduces misunderstanding.

3. Persuasion:-

Persuasion is most important function of communication. Communication helps in convincing other to understand one’s own argument.

4. Relationship with external parties:-

It is another important function of communication. Communication is most important in establishing relationship with others.

5. Solving problems:-

Communication helps in finding solution to problem. It is primary function of communication.
