What is communication?

Ans:- Communication is an exchange of ideas , facts , opinions or emotions of two or more persons.

* Components of Communications

1. Sender-

The Sender starts the communication process. The sender has important responsibilities in the communication process.

2. Receiver-

Receiver is a person who received the massage. The receiver is another important person in the communication process.

3. Encoding-

It is another important component of Communication. It is determine the quality of the message.

                           

 

4. Decoding-

Decoding is the forth important component of Communication. Decoding is the process of converting code into plain text.

5.Message:-

Message is a important part of Communication. Message is the information, thoughts.

6. Medium:-

Medium is a means used to exchange the message. It is another important component of communication.

7. Feedback:-

Feed back is main component of communication. The process of communication is incomplete without feedback.
