Education :-
i.Candidates should possess the required qualification on the date of advertisement and should be in a position to produce their final year degree /marks at the time of submitting their application.
ii. Only full time regular courses will be considered. This shall include Class-X, XII examination /
Diploma(s) and Degree(s) as specified in 3.1, 3,2, 3.3 above.
iii. The required educational qualification must be from UGC recognized Indian University/UGC
recognized Indian Deemed University or AICTE approved courses from Autonomous Indian
Institutions/concerned statutory council (wherever applicable).
iv. Minimum percentage of marks in the essential qualification / Qualifying degree as indicated above
shall be as per weightage formulae adopted by the University/ Institute for each semester/year
v. Wherever CGPA/OGPA or letter grade in a Degree is awarded, equivalent percentage of marks
should be indicated in the application form as per norms adopted by University/Institutes.
vi. Engineering degree can be B.E/B.Tech.
PLACEMENT
The selected candidates may be posted in any location, department, function or branch of the Company or Holding Company, subsidiary, associate or affiliate Company or any Joint Venture Company or deputed to any Department of Govt. of India/ other PSUs, etc.
SELECTION PROCESS
a) The selection process shall consist of Computer Based Test and Personal Interview or/and
Group Task of the shortlisted candidates.
b) All the candidates claiming to fulfil all the eligibility criteria will be called for Computer Based
Test without verifying their eligibility.
c) Computer Based Test will be of objective type questions with no negative marking and will
comprise of 4 sections:
_ Section A: Technical / Professional Knowledge comprising of questions related to
Qualifying degree required for the applied position.
_ Section B : General Knowledge/ Current Affairs
_ Section C : English language
_ Section D : Reasoning & Numerical Ability
80% questions will be from Section A.
d) Candidates qualifying in the Computer Based Test in order of merit will be called for Group
Task or/and Personal Interview.
e) Candidates must secure minimum qualifying marks in both the stages i.e. Computer Based Test and Group Task (GT) & Personal Interview (PI) to be considered for further selection process. Minimum qualifying marks in each stage i.e CBT and (PI+GT) is 50%
f) The offer of Appointment shall be issued to the suitable qualifying candidates in order of merit
and based on the number of vacancies.

_ Computer Based Test (85% Weightage)
_ Group Task (5% Weightage)
_ Personal Interview (10% Weightage)
_ Final Score – Combined scores of Computer Based Test + Group Task + Personal
